Two kinds of personal data are handled in the Service, and the responsibilities differ:
As the controller of your clients' data, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that data, for its accuracy, and for handling your clients' privacy requests. We do not use your clients' data for our own purposes.

To provide the Service, your data is processed by third-party providers for the following purposes:

Each provider operates under their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.
When you generate a share link for a quote or other document, that document — including any client name and contact details it contains — becomes viewable by anyone who has the link, without logging in. Share links are created only at your request, and you control whom you send them to and through which channel. Treat a share link like the document itself and send it only through channels you trust.
If a personal data breach affecting personal data occurs, we will act in accordance with applicable data protection law, including assessing the incident and notifying the competent supervisory authority and affected users where required. Suspected security issues can be reported to support@planuppro.com.

PlanUpPro uses local storage and session storage in your browser to maintain your authentication session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics cookies.
PlanUpPro is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence (including the United States) through our third-party providers. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place with our providers.
